She does offer a sliding scale in some cases. Cameron can provide a receipt to bill insurance out of network. However, she cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your office located?  My office in Marietta is located at 2655 Dallas Hwy Suite 240 Marietta, Ga 30064.  The practice is called Foundation Counseling, and we are located behind Chase Bank in brick office buildings (providing privacy to clients).  Cameron also sees clients by appointment at Norcross First United Methodist Church

If my child or teen has an appointment, will I (as the parent) be included in the session(s)?  Yes.  At the beginning of each session, a parent will have the opportunity to utilize the first 10-15 minutes with the therapist to update her on the situation with their child/teenager.

Do you have a Sliding Fee Scale?  The sliding-fee scale is reserved for families in severe financial difficulty and clients seen at Norcross First United Methodist Church.

How long are sessions? Individual, family, and couples session last 45 minutes.  Clients are allowed to book double-sessions, which are 90 minutes on the same day.

Do you take insurance?  I can provide you with a Superbill, summarizing fees paid for counseling which you can file with your insurance.  I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

What if I miss my scheduled session?  I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If a client no-shows an appointment or cancels less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session, the therapist will charge the cancellation fee — which includes the normal hourly session rate.  Allowing more than 24 hours of notice enables the therapist to provide that open time to another client in-need. **Exceptions are allowed in case of emergencies (i.e. serious illness or injury).**
